We are looking for a skilled and experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. As an Odoo Functional Consultant, you will be the bridge between our clients and the technical team, ensuring successful implementation and customization of Odoo solutions. Your deep understanding of business processes and functional expertise in Odoo modules will be instrumental in delivering tailored solutions to our diverse range of clients.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, understanding their specific needs and processes.
Conduct in-depth analysis to identify areas where Odoo solutions can be customized to meet the client's unique requirements.
Design and configure Odoo modules based on the gathered requirements, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Conduct workshops and training sessions with clients to guide them on effectively using Odoo modules and streamline their business processes.
Prepare clear and concise functional artifacts, including mind maps and process flows, to assist clients in understanding the implemented solutions.
Collaborate with the technical team to provide them with detailed functional specifications for customizations and enhancements.
Conduct testing and quality assurance of Odoo configurations to ensure optimal system performance and adherence to client requirements.
Assist in data migration and cleansing activities to ensure smooth transitions to the Odoo platform.

Requirements
Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant, successfully implementing and customizing Odoo solutions for various clients.
Solid understanding of business processes across different industries and the ability to translate them into Odoo configurations.
Proficiency in configuring core Odoo modules, including but not limited to Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, and Manufacturing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough gap analysis and recommend effective solutions.
Proficiency in Odoo Studio and the capability to create customized applications using it.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with clients and internal teams.
Hands-on experience in conducting training sessions and workshops for end-users.
Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring that functional documentation is comprehensive and accurate.
A passion for learning and staying updated with Odoo's latest features and best practices.
Expertise in Odoo's reporting, business intelligence, accounting, payroll, and HR modules.
