We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Odoo Developer with a proven track record in developing and customizing Odoo applications/modules. As an integral part of our team, you will take charge of implementing innovative solutions tailored for diverse industries. Your expertise will be instrumental in leveraging frontend technologies like XML, SCSS, and JavaScript, as well as backend technologies including Python and SQL. Additionally, your proficiency in Linux and Git will contribute to sound infrastructure knowledge.
Responsibilities
Develop and customize Odoo applications/modules for different industries, covering major business domains.
Create user-friendly and seamless user-facing features using OWL and QWeb Templating.
Develop modular customizations to the Odoo framework, ensuring reusability across various applications.
Analyze functional specifications, design technical solutions, and implement business logic effectively.
Integrate external web applications with Odoo using APIs and JavaScript to enhance R&D applications' functionality.
Optimize code for performance and scalability to handle high user and transaction volumes.

Assess and mitigate potential impacts of changes/customizations in Odoo's core business apps.
Engage in various Odoo development activities, including Customization, Migration, Data Import, BI Reports, Output Documents, Automation Test & Unit Test.
Participate in sprint meetings to discuss project scope, estimations, progress, and challenges.
Perform bug fixing, optimize performance, and provide production support.
Write well-structured and documented code segments to explain logic, inputs, and outputs clearly
Requirements
Proven 2-3 years of hands-on experience in developing and configuring Odoo applications/modules using the Odoo stack.
Strong understanding of multi-company management and experience in multi-company environments.
Knowledge of Odoo MVC architecture and awareness of Odoo's latest versions and ORM API.
Proficiency in Odoo OWL Framework and Qweb Templating.
Familiarity with Odoo security ACLs and group permissions management.
Sound knowledge of frontend technologies such as XML, SCSS, and JavaScript.
Competence in backend technologies like Python and SQL.
Experience working with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
Hands-on experience in Linux/Unix development environments.
Strong understanding of data structures and manipulation.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git (e.g., GitHub, BitBucket) and various CI/CD flows.
